- rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the App or rights to use the App;
- use the App to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to networks, systems, or services.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App that are not expressly granted under these Terms remain with the developer or its licensors.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
The App is a universal VPN client compatible with the AmneziaWG protocol.
The App allows users to import, manage, and use existing VPN configurations provided by the user, the user's network administrator, a VPN provider, or another authorized source.
VPN configurations may be imported using supported methods, including configuration files, archives, or configuration URLs.
The App itself is not tied to any specific VPN provider and does not require the user to use any particular VPN service.
The App provides VPN client functionality and may establish VPN connections using the configurations imported by the user.
The availability, performance, security, and legality of a VPN connection may depend on the configuration, VPN server, network, and third-party services used with the App.
You are responsible for the VPN configurations you import into the App and for your use of any VPN connection established using those configurations.
You agree not to use the App:
- for unlawful activities;
- to obtain unauthorized access to networks, systems, accounts, or services;
- to interfere with or disrupt networks, systems, or services;
- in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App and any VPN configuration complies with applicable laws and the terms applicable to the VPN service or network you use.
The App may be used with VPN servers, networks, services, websites, or other resources operated by third parties.
We do not control third-party VPN servers or services and are not responsible for their availability, security, privacy practices, content, policies, or performance.
Your use of a third-party VPN service may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies provided by that service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every VPN configuration, network, device, or third-party service.
We are not responsible for failures or interruptions caused by third-party VPN servers, network operators, Internet service providers, configuration errors, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how the App handles information.
The Privacy Policy is available through the App and on the website where these Terms are published.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be published on this page together with an updated "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become available constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right, as a third-party beneficiary, to enforce these Terms against you to the extent permitted by applicable law.
